Tavoitteet
Project will provide students and staff members in Visual, Media Art high quality vocational training placements, and mobility periods abroad, and develop and improve the second level vocational education and training generally. The methodology of the project lays a great emphasis on learning-by-doing. One of the most crucial objective of the project is to provide students with increased opportunities for mobility periods in other European countries and this way to improve theirs level of key competences and skills the students acquire during their studies.
Improving the students’ abilities to enter the labour market, and skills needed in every-day life. The international mobility periods enable the students to improve their language skills and their professional performance, to increase their sel-esteem and self-empowerment, and increase their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.
Staff members will learn different ways of education methods, and to fird new ways of learning in order to respond the reform of vocational education and training in Finland.
